TEACHER RESOURCES

Our commitment to student success is grounded in our collaboration with our teachers and administrators. Please check out our resources below ! We encourage all of our teachers to join our email list to receive weekly program updates!

  • ACCESS DIGITAL FORM HERE

This form helps teachers refer students from the Anamatangi caseload to the support classroom (P6) for additional assistance. Teachers can specify reasons for the referral, assignments to complete, and request extra classroom support. The Anamatangi team will provide feedback on the student’s progress and behavior. A pass is required for all referrals.

  • ACCESS DIGITAL SCHEDULE HERE

Students from the Anamatangi caseload will be excused during electives or clubs (20 minutes after instructions and attendance) on Mondays and Thursdays. The focus is on goal-setting and reinforcing compact commitments. The Anamatangi team will notify or visit your class to request the student.

  • ACCESS DIGITAL TOOL HERE

The Weekly Student Report tool tracks student progress, behavior, and goal achievement.

We will be using this to check in with your student weekly, and provide teachers with consistent updates of student progress and COMPACT performance.
